When you join Katie’s Klub, we may collect:

  • Visit and spend history (when you scan your Klub card or app)

3. What We Use It For

  • Track your loyalty points and redemptions

  • Send you rewards, birthday perks, and exclusive offers

  • Let you know about Klub-only events and promotions

  • Understand customer trends so we can improve your experience

We do not sell your personal data to anyone. Ever.

4. WiFi Usage Data

When you connect to our guest WiFi network, we may automatically collect certain technical information, including:

  • Your device type

  • IP address

  • Connection times and duration

  • Network usage data (for security purposes)

  • Provide and manage access to our WiFi service

  • Maintain network security

  • Prevent unauthorised or unlawful use

By accessing our WiFi, you agree not to use the service for any unlawful, harmful or inappropriate activities, including but not limited to:

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the WiFi network where misuse is detected.

In addition to the providers listed above, we may share limited data with:

  • IT and network service providers (including our WiFi infrastructure providers such as TP-Link Omada)

These providers process data on our behalf and are required to keep it secure and confidential.

7. Who Processes Your Data

Katie’s Klub is powered by Tabology, a third-party platform that securely stores and processes your data on our behalf.

Tabology is GDPR-compliant and uses secure cloud-based servers provided by Amazon Web Services (AWS).

8. Marketing Preferences

If you choose to receive marketing communications, we may send you:

9. How Long We Keep Your Data

We’ll keep your data while your Klub account is active. If your account is inactive for 12 months, we may delete your data and any unused points.

You have the right to:

  • Correct inaccurate or outdated information

  • Ask us to delete your data

  • Withdraw consent at any time
